DMC Kits are up

The kits are priced 10% below the RRP, and the June sale discount of 15% can be used on them as well.  well at least it can for about 9 more hours.  The sale ends at midnight BST tonight.

The July newsletter will go out before the end of the week, with a name the fabric competion so if you want a chance to enter that you need to go and sign up for the newsletter here.

Junes LTD edition - 1 day left

Tomorrow is the first of July, and the limited edition fabric of the month colour will be changing over tomorrow morning.  I hope you like the new one.

 As well as the new limited edition colour there are 4 colours adding to the standard range.  Additionally the DMC kits that are in stock will be added to the website today.

A few more products updates

The opalescent fabrics are now available on the website, as are a few more thread colours.

Also going to appear on the site before the end of the week is the gradient range, this is a range of backgrounds with colour changes that graduate into each other.  The first ones to go up will be blue rainbows and yellow rainbows (they need a very good iron first!).  This range will also include some of a new series of fabrics called perfect partners.  These fabrics have been designed to go with particular charts, although they will work with other designs as well.

 

Somethings coming....

These are going to gradually be appearing on the site over the next few weeks.  They're Crafty Kitten Threads, hand dyed to match our fabrics.  the whole range will not be available at once but I'll be adding colours as and when I've dyed them.  The cotton threads take dye differently to the fabrics so the colours are a little richer.  They've been dyed on coats white 6-strand cotton, and will be available in 5m skeins.  Each month there will be a limited edition thread to match the fabric.

I've had a few enquiries and requests for opalescent fabrics this week, so I'm happy to say I've just ordered some 14 count aida and some 28 count Brittney in opalescent.  I'll be listing these on the site as soon as they arrive and they will be available in all of the hand-dyed colour range as well as undyed.  I haven't ordered any linen just yet but I can get that in opalescent in both 28 and 32 count so just drop me an email if you want a piece.  These are all as normal Zweigart fabrics, the opalescent effect is from thread woven into the fabric.

I have just added a heap of new white fabrics in a range of different counts to the website and also needles.  In addition there are a few new ebay auctions up.  Have a great weekend.

Incoming new goodies to the shop!

I had a very productive afternoon yesteray meeting with my lovely DMC rep.  I have ordered a heap of new kits for the site, I've got a mixture of different ones which I'll start adding when they arrive towards the end of next week.  as Crafty Kitten is now a stockist, if theres any current DMC kit releases that you would like that we don't have in stock or listed on the site just let me know and I can order them for you.  Just as a taster....

I've just listed a heap of 'oddments' on Ebay.  These are one off colours and seconds in a variety of fabrics and counts.  They can be found by following this link.   I'm hoping to list a few larger cuts later in the week, but remember for standard colours the best prices can be found on the main website.
